Police 4-year plan Ok’d

That plan is now solidified, and was formally accepted by the Springtown city council at its Oct. 28 meeting.
Utilizing input from citizens as well as an advisory board to the department, Motley and crew identified a vision statement, a mission statement, and core values for the department.
Once identified, those values of service, professionalism, and dedication led to the development of four strategies designed to assist the department in achieving its vision – to become the premiere small-to-medium-size law enforcement agency in Wise and Parker Counties.
