‘We could not successfully make our case’ says Parker Co. Asst. DA

Two parolees accused of beating a Vietnam veteran who suffered from Parkinson’s Disease were released from the Parker County Jail Oct. 16 after charges against them were dropped.
James Glendon Duke, 57, and Jack Russell Ryder, 65, were arrested and charged with injury to an elderly person with intent to cause bodily injury on March 10, 2016; both remained incarcerated until their release last month.
