David Arthur Havens passed away in his home, Saturday, August 4, 2012.
The memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 18 at 8171 Old Springtown Rd., Springtown.
David was 58 years old and was born December 20, 1954. All will truly miss this kind and honorable man.
David was preceded in death by his father, Charles “Chuck” Havens; and mother, Norma Jeanette Havens.
Survivors include his wife, Jeannette Havens, DVM, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine; stepsons, Haap Peacock and wife, Melissa and Baron Pollak and wife, Laura and their daughter, Reagan Mae; brother, Mark Havens and wife, Daphne and their three children, J.T., Brandon Henderson and daughter, Kelsey; aunt Candy of Adirondack, New York; and many other family and friends.
