Along will members of 31 other fire departments, Station 48’s Captain Mike Ellis and Station 37’s Firefighter Steve Green flew to Sacramento Wednesday, Aug. 8.
There they will meet up with ESD 1 apparatus Brush 34, a Type III wildland engine shipped to the area earlier this week, to serve at the Mendocino Fire Complex in Lake County, California.
