PC jury indicts nine local residents

When the Parker County grand jury met in Weatherford July 12, nine Springtownians were among the 55 indictments handed down for felony theft, evasion of arrest, assault, and drug possession charges.

 

Shawn Patrick Hurst II, 28, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
Crystal Anne Mead, 34, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1, 4-200 grams, a second-degree felony and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair an investigation, a third-degree felony.
James Allen Russell, 35, was indicted on a charge of theft of property valued less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony.
Robert George Sims, 57, was indicted on a charge of aggravated assault causing serious bodily, a second-degree felony.
Elton Kyle Foster, 35, was indicted on a charge of theft of a firearm, a state jail felony.
Deena Raye Oliver, 23, was indicted on a two counts of possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2, 4-400 grams, a second-degree felony and possession of marijuana, four ounces to five pounds, a state jail felony.
Trey Lee Pennington, 26, was indicted on a charge of fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, fewer than five items, a state jail felony.
Rafael Oswaldo Rodriguez-Alvidrez, 25, was indicted on a charge of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, a third-degree felony.
Justin Levi Wright, 30, was indicted on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first-degree felony.
