LOCAL ARREST REPORT

The individuals in this report list addresses in Springtown, Poolville, or Reno and were arrested by various law enforcement agencies and booked into the Parker and Tarrant County Jails on felony and driving while intoxicated charges during July 2-9.

Parker County
Daniel Maldonado-Martinez, 27, of Springtown, was arrested July 3 by Springtown Police officers and charged with driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container, a Class A misdemeanor. He was also the subject of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer. He remained in jail as of press time in lieu of $500 bond on the DWI charge; no bond had been set on the detainer.
Alesha Gayle Johnston, 31, of Springtown, was arrested July 6 by Springtown Police officers and charged with abandoning or endangering a child through criminal negligence, a state jail felony. She posted $7,500 bond and was released the following day.
William Alex Pierce, 47, of Springtown, was arrested July 6 by Parker County Sheriff’s deputies and charged with possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1, a state jail felony. He remained in jail as of press time with no bond set.
Dustin James Thayer, 31, of Springtown, was arrested July 6 by Parker County Sheriff’s deputies and charged with driving while intoxicated, his second such charge, a Class A misdemeanor. He posted a $2,000 personal recognizance bond and was released later the same day.
Shane Tyson Moore, 44, of Springtown, was arrested July 7 by Springtown Police officers and charged with driving while intoxicated, his third or more such charge, a third-degree felony. He posted $7,000 bond and was released the following day.
Jason Donnie York, 32, of Springtown, was arrested July 8 by Weatherford Police officers and charged with possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony. He was also the subject of a Van Zandt County warrant for theft of property valued $100-$750, a Class B misdemeanor. He remained in jail as of press time in lieu of $15,000 bond.
Tarrant County
Christine Elizabeth Mercer, 35, of Poolville, was arrested July 6 by Tarrant County Sheriff’s deputies and charged with burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony. She remained in jail as of press time in lieu of $5,000 bond.
