LOCAL CONVICTIONS REPORT

The following individuals who list addresses in Springtown, Poolville, Reno, or the surrounding area were convicted of various felony and DWI offenses during May and early June.
Tarrant County
Janet Lynn Dewall, 41, of Springtown, pleaded guilty May 1 to theft of property with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony. She was sentenced to 60 months probation and to pay court costs.
Heather Dale Marshall, 31, of Springtown, pleaded guilty May 8 to three counts of credit or debit card abuse, a state jail felony. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail and to pay court costs.
Parker County
Shawn Phillip Massey, 37, of Springtown, pleaded guilty May 22 to driving while intoxicated, his third or more such charge, a third-degree felony. He was sentenced to 10 years of probation and 200 hours of community service with a suspended 10-year prison sentence.
Jarrel Lynn Grizzle, 67, of Springtown, pleaded guilty May 22 to possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony. He was sentenced to 15 months in state jail.
Trevor Dewaine Thompson, 19, of Springtown, pleaded guilty June 5 to burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony. He was sentenced to three years in state jail.
Ann Delynn Wood, 40, of Poolville, pleaded guilty to burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony and possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1, less than one gram, a state jail felony. She was sentenced to five years in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for the burglary and 12 months for the drug charge; the sentences are to run concurrently.
Robert Victor Borger, 59, of Poolville, pleaded guilty June 8 to driving while intoxicated, his second such a charge, a Class A misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 24 months probation, 60 hours of community service, a $400 fine, to pay court costs, and other alcohol awareness conditions.
