PC indicts nine

Eight Springtownians and one Poolville man were among those indicted when a Parker County grand jury met May 17 in Weatherford.
The grand jury considered evidence in criminal cases as presented by the county’s District Attorney’s Office.


Aaron Blake Howard, 26, of Springtown, was indicted on a charge of four counts of possession of a controlled substance. Because of the amounts of the substances in his possession, two of the charges are state jail felonies; two are third-degree felonies.
Kimberly Dawn Reed, 33, of Springtown, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, four to 200 grams, a second-degree felony.
Mark Joseph Thomas, 49, of Springtown, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
Camron Michael Barrow, 22, of Springtown, was indicted on a charge of theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions, a state jail felony.
Samuel Ibarra, 18, of Springtown, was indicted on a charge of burglary of a habitation, a second-degree felony.
Joseph Daniel Pettway, 23, of Springtown, was indicted on a charge of fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, fewer than five items, a state jail felony.
Bryson Lee Sessums, 21, of Springtown, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, less than one gram, a state jail felony.
Kevin Leroy Kirby, 56, of Poolville, was indicted on a charge of driving while intoxicated, felony repetition, a third-degree felony.
