Delbert I. Dake 2016

Delbert I. Dake, 71, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, July 18, in Biggers Funeral Chapel. Interment was at  Ash Creek Cemetery in Azle.
Delbert was preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia, and brothers, Gary and David.
Survivors include his mother, Margaret; sons, Delbert Jr., Daren and his wife, Renee and Scotty Dake; sisters, Marieta Starkey, Kathy Lott and Ellen Macias; brothers, Bruce and Danny Dake; grandchildren, Zachary, Trever, Shane, Cloei and Callum; great-grandchildren, Skylar, Rebekah, Aidyn and Jensyn; god-daughters, Laycie and Sara Johnson.

Howard Wayne Nichols, 79, left this physical world July 18, 2016 at the home he and his wife Reba built and lived in since 1975.
A service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 23, at First Baptist Church of Springtown, 500 North Main St., Springtown.  Interment will be at Rubottom Cemetery, Rubottom, Oklahoma. Visitation will be immediately prior to the funeral service beginning at noon.
Howard, known to his friends as Nick, was born Jan. 12, 1937 in Rubottom, Oklahoma to William and Treva Nichols. He was the second child born to that union and had three siblings, one older and two younger.… Read the rest

Terry Michael Woolsey passed away July 7, 2016.
Service was held 10 a.m. Saturday July 16, at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel, 7301 E Lancaster Ave. in Fort Worth. Interment followed at Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery.
Terry was preceded in death by father, Mike Woolsey; and brother, Michael James Reed.

Debbie graduated high school from Carter Riverside and received her Bachelors of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University. Ebbie Blackiston, 88, passed away Saturday, July 9, 2016.

Ebbie was born Sept. 2, 1927, in St. Joe, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Jimmie Lois Rhoten Blackiston; and children, Paula, Latricia and Stephen.

Shara L. Underwood, 72, passed away Friday, May 20, 2016 in Springtown.
Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 18, at White’s Funeral Chapel, Springtown.
Shara was born Dec. 10, 1943 in Electra to the late Lloyd and Sara Stibbens. She was a homemaker dedicating her life to raising her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was a loyal caregiver to her husband, O.T.
Shara was preceded in death by her parents, son, Richard Thomas Crabtree, and O.T.’s parents, Lester and Opal Underwood.

Imo Lee Greenwood, 91, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 4, 2016. She is now with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Imo elected to be cremated and so no service is planned. We will sprinkle her ashes at her special place.
Imo was born on Oct. 19, 1924 in Hollis, Oklahoma to Urban Edward and Luella Renfro Card. She was an avid golfer and loved spending time on the golf course with the love of her life, Charles Greenwood. She loved her family dearly and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Imo will forever be missed.

Leketa L. Dollar went to her heavenly home on May 29, 2016.
Graveside services were held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, June 3, 2016 at Springtown Cemetery. Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at White’s Funeral Home, Springtown.
Leketa was born Dec. 15, 1938 in St. Jo, Texas. She raised her family in Saginaw, Texas before moving to Winkelman, Arizona with her husband of 32 years, Larry Dollar. They returned to Texas and made their home in Springtown, where they lived for more than 20 years.
Leketa was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and Mamaw. She was the sweetest friend and had a beautiful heart.… Read the rest
