James Wood Gregory, 78, dedicated husband, father, and grandfather passed away at home, Monday, Feb. 22, 2016 in Springtown.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at White’s Funeral Chapel in Springtown. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Springtown Cemetery with Masonic Rites.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the First United Methodist Church of Springtown or the Scottish Rite’s Hospitals of Texas.

Patricia Ann Lee (Mimi), 70, passed into the arms of her Heavenly Father and Lord Jesus Christ on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2016 while surrounded by loved ones in Dallas, Texas. The family had a celebration of her Home Going on Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016 to honor her wishes.
Patricia was born June 6, 1945 in Bakersfield California to Ronald Carl and Jeanne (Whittenton) Heartsill. She spent the last 16 years working on the prayer line for DayStar Television, fulfilling her calling of praying for others. Allen Sylvester Hathcock, Jr. went home to the Lord on Monday, Feb. 15, 2016.
Funeral service is at 10 a.m. Thursday at Springtown Church of Christ. Interment at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
Allen was born June 1, 1926. “Dado” was a consummate loving husband and patriarch of a large family. He was a godly, jovial and caring man who led an extraordinary life. He was a World War II Purple Heart recipient. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Pearl Kirk, 80, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2016.

Pearl was born Sept. 7, 1935 in Wichita Falls to Bruce and Lucille McKnight. Pearl was preceded in death by both her parents, sisters; Bonnie Davis and Brucille Sessums; and brother, Frankie Milligan.

Teresa Lea Sweaney Roberson, 57, passed away, Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2016 in Weatherford.
A memorial service was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Alexander’s Midway Chapel.
Teresa was born June 22, 1958 to Thomas and Nina Wright Sweaney.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and son, Giovanni Pugrad.

Ruth Lorene Deweese, 71, went to be with the Lord on Feb. 10, 2016 at her home after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Both visitation and service will be held at Friendship Baptist Church in Boyd off Hwy 51. Visitation is Friday, Feb. 12 from 6-8 p.m. and Funeral Service on Saturday, Feb. 13 at 10:30 am.
Lorene was born May 3, 1944, in Wharton Co., Texas.

Walter was born April 25, 1932 in Blue Mountain, Mississippi to Charles E. and Minta Clark Smith. They both preceded him in death along with one son, Terry Smith.

Shirley Jane Kimberlin passed away on Jan. 24, 2016.
Shirley was born April 18, 1935 in Harris Station, Tennessee to Cecil D. and Nina Mae. Shirley met Yandell Kimberlin and later married him on October 30, 1952. It was true love. They raised a beautiful family together.
While her entire family and friends are greatly saddened by Shirley’s death, they are comforted to know that she is now reunited with her family that passed before her.
Survivors include daughter, Vicki; son, Alan and his wife Shelly; and daughter-in-law, Jacqui; three grandsons and six granddaughters, and thirteen great- grandchildren.

Cliff was born March 29, 1953, in Kearney, Nebraska, to the late Leroy and Rose Bragg. In 1969 he and his high school sweetheart, Vicki, fell in love, married and spent their lives treasuring each other. Jerry Thomas Fisher, 69, passed away Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016 in Weatherford. A memorial service is to be held at a later date.
Jerry was born Feb. 22, 1946 in Fort Worth to Thomas Fisher and Ethel Maroon Fisher. His father preceded him in death. He was retired from the U.S. Navy; was a Deputy Sheriff and longtime supporter of the Sheriff’s Association. Jerry loved fishing, the hill country, nature, the ocean and building things; but, most of all his rescue dog, Point.
