Marilyn Lou White Martin, 74, a loving mother, sister and grandmother passed away, Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017 at a Fort Worth hospital.
Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday at Alexander’s Midway Funeral Home, Springtown.
Marilyn was born April 4, 1942 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Edgar Hayden and Pansie Viola Bates White. They both preceded her in death along with her brother, Alton White and grandson, Dustin Martin.

Roger Lee Alexander, 54, a loving and funny, brother, nephew and uncle Rogie, passed away unexpectedly, Friday, Feb. 17, 2017 at home.

Roger Lee was born Feb. 9, 1963, in Merkel to James Rolene Jr., and Norma Jean Faubion Alexander. They preceded him in death.
Roger was a graduate of Castleberry High School. He enjoyed tinkering with cars, was a talented auto painter working for Jack Williams Auto and later for himself. Recently, he worked as a pre-need counselor and assistant to his brother in the funeral industry.… Read the rest
Charles “Glenn” Harris died Dec. 3, 2016. Glenn will be greatly missed by those who loved being around him and hearing his stories.
Glenn was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War where he worked radar on the F-85. After having served his country he began his career with the Department of Defense where he was a lead inspector on various projects, the Hound Dog and Apollo missile program but his most prized project was the E4-B; the Airborne Command Post also known today as Air Force One.

Services were held Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017 in care of Roberts Family Funeral Home.
Brian leaves behind his mother-in-law, Sharon McDonald; daughter, April Pitney; son-in-law, Larry Sullivan; grandsons, Eric Pitney, Jeremiah Pitney and Jake Sullivan; sister, Jane Roberts along with many other loving family members and friends.

Robert Aitken, 74, a loving husband, father and grandfather passed away, Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2017.
Funeral service is at 11 a.m, Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2017 at East Side Baptist Church, Fort Worth. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday at Alexander’s Midway, Springtown.
Robert was born May 2, 1942 in Dumbarton Scotland, Great Britain to Robert and Margaret Valentine Aitken. His parents preceded him in death along with three brothers and two sisters.
He served in the the US Air-Force as a Flight Engineer and retired after 20 years of dedicated service.

Rickey Lee Fulkerson left this world at his home in Lake Worth on Feb. 1, 2017 to return to our Lord and Savior.
Services were helpd on Feb. 7, 2017, at 1 p.m. at the Roberts Funeral Home followed by a committal service at Springtown Cemetery.
Rickey leaves behind his wife of forty-three years, Barbara Williams-Fulkerson, his three children as well as his many grandchildren.

SSgt. Patrick R. Griffin, USMC, age 32, of Fort Worth, Texas, beloved son of Michelle Trinidad Patterson and Sean P. Griffin passed away on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2017 in Iwakuni, Japan.

Evelyn Ruth Stephens passed away Jan. 22, 2017 in Weatherford with her family by her side.
Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, 2017, 102 Lakeridge Road, Fort Worth, Texas.
Evelyn was born in Gran-bury on Oct. 26, 1949. She attended Azle schools. She worked as a police dispatcher and court clerk in Samson Park and Springtown as well as serving as a Municipal Judge in Pelican Bay.
She was preceded in death by her father, mother, sister, brother and her daughter Cherylene Farquhar.

James Wesley “Wes” Win-stead passed away peacefully on Monday, Jan. 23, 2017 at the age of 50.
Wes was laid to rest Friday, Jan. 27, 2017. Services were held at Biggers Funeral Home and interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Wes was a longtime resident of Azle and Springtown Texas. He graduated from Springtown High School in 1984. He was the previous owner of Springtown Feed and Fertilizer, Winstead Trucking and Azle Paint and Body.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Shawn; daughter, Morgan of Springtown; par-ents, James and Marsha of Azle and numerous other family and friends.
