Graveside services were held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, June 3, 2016 at Springtown Cemetery. Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at White’s Funeral Home, Springtown.
Leketa was born Dec. 15, 1938 in St. Jo, Texas. She raised her family in Saginaw, Texas before moving to Winkelman, Arizona with her husband of 32 years, Larry Dollar. They returned to Texas and made their home in Springtown, where they lived for more than 20 years.
Leketa was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, and Mamaw. She was the sweetest friend and had a beautiful heart.… Read the rest

Funeral was held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Springtown Church of Christ. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Springtown Church of Christ.
Mona married the love of her life, Allen, on June 1, 1948.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Allen “Dado” Hathcock; and great-grandson, Caleb Coxwell.

Joe Fred Miller of Springtown, Texas passed away on May 15, 2016.
Joe is preceded by his parents, Ollie and Hazel Miller; his brothers Tim and Russell Miller.
Joe leaves behind his wife, Linda; sons, Jimmy and Larry Miller as well as his daughter, Glenda White and husband Phillip; grandchildren, Nathan White, Kristina Morris, Joshua White and Tice Miller. great -grandchild to be, Baby White; sisters, Francis Scroggins and Ruth Busby and husband Minor along with several other nieces and nephews.

Merlyn Neagle, 70, a loving mother, sister and grandmother passed away, Thursday, May 19, 2016 at home.
Merlyn was born September 20, 1945 in Merkel to B.L. and Teria Mae Murdock Carter. They both preceded her in death along with her husband, Kenneth; brother, Richard Carter and son, David John Hargrave.
Survivors include her children, Richard (Kelly) Smith, Melissa (Carl) Davis, Elizabeth Smith, Kenneth Wayne Hargrave, Mollie (Nick) Sanders, Billy Neagle, Heather (Brentley) Smith, Pam Westbrook and Michael (Christine) Neagle; brother, Joe (Litsa) Carter; fifteen grandchildren and twelve great- grandchildren.

Maria Luna Pesqueda, 72, passed away peacefully, Monday, May 23, 2016 at home surrounded by those who love her.

Maria was born August 10, 1943 in Charlotte to Nicholas and Aurora Tober Luna. They both preceded her in death along with her husband, Jose; and a brother, Nicholas Jr.

Helen Wren Steen, of Ft. Worth Texas, went to be with the Lord on Friday May 20, 2016 at the age of 94.
Funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 23, 2016 at Arbor Lawn United Methodist Church, Ft. Worth. Visitation was 9 to 11 am Monday at the church. Interment followed the service at Springtown Cemetery, Springtown.

Born in Arkadelphia and raised in Gurdon Arkansas, Zella married Robert (Lump) Collup in 1986. She was an active member of the Euless First Baptist Church until moving to Springtown Texas. Bobby G. Williams, 79, passed away, Thursday, May 12, 2016 with his wife at his side.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Bobby was a lifetime resident of Boyd.
He was preceded in death by his parents, L.W. and Addie; brother, Billy; and an infant daughter and son. He always remembered and carried in his heart his daughter and son. Lonnie was born June 17, 1946 in Weatherford to the late Milton and Ruth Thompson. He was a dairy farmer for many years, raised livestock, and worked for A.M.P.I. as an installer and maintenance man. He was also a loyal worker for FEMA where he retired.
Lonnie and his brother, Johnny won several State and National Titles while showing as well as judging livestock.… Read the rest
